Shipping policy

All of our chocolates are handmade fresh weekly, and we use FedEx 2-day shipping to get them to your doorstep. Your package will ship the first Monday or Tuesday after the date your order was placed; you can expect your package to arrive within two days. However, please be aware that it is not uncommon for FedEx packages to get delayed, so we cannot guarantee 2-day delivery.

We do our best to ensure Dear Chocolates arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition. However, delays do happen and sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate (surprise heatwaves are out of our control!), so please excuse us for any melting that may (rarely) occur and be sure to put the chocolate in the fridge upon arrival.

To keep things convenient, our carriers do not require a signature for delivery. Please give the recipient a heads-up so they can bring the package inside right away! We want to ensure your chocolate stays fresh and doesn't melt on the porch, as we can't guarantee its quality once it has been delivered.

If the condition that the product arrives in does not meet your expectations, please send us an email (movieduh@gmail.com) with a photo, and we will try to rectify the situation.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
